Marumi Coffee is a Sapporo specialty coffee roaster that handles only high-quality specialty beans. It aims to roast them so their original flavours show. Its representative director is Eijiro Goto.
The online shop groups single origins and blends by taste, from balanced and bright to aromatic and bitter, and offers contest-winning lots and Geisha. It also has subscriptions, trial sets and drip bags, and publishes brewing guides.
Marumi runs a flagship shop by Odori Park and the Marumi Coffee Stand under Sapporo Station, both serving its own roasts.
