About Mala Pražarna
Mala Pražarna is a Ljubljana specialty coffee roaster on Krakovski nasip, a micro-roastery founded in 2018 that also runs a tiny coffee shop.
It roasts single origins only, with no blends or capsules, using beans from Brazil, Colombia, Kenya and Ethiopia and rarer lots from Burundi and Indonesia, and sells them in 200 g bags. Roasting happens before opening hours. The café brews V60 among other methods, holds a free cupping every Monday at noon and sells brewers such as Chemex and V60. Its cat logo appears on bags, cups and the door, and used grounds go to a small urban farm as fertiliser.
