About La Huella
La Huella is a Ljubljana specialty coffee roaster in Šentvid that roasts coffee only from Café de Panama, a small farm in Panama founded in 2011.
La Huella was set up in 2020 as the farm's European branch. It roasts within 24 hours of an order, offering Geisha and other micro-lots processed natural, washed or honey, such as Panama Black Honey, along with a four-sample Discovery Set. Bags are CO2 neutral and come in 100 g and 250 g. La Huella has no café of its own but holds tastings at Črno Zrno in the Old Town.
