Illumine Coffee is an Indianapolis specialty coffee roaster that roasts at its café in Nora on Westfield Boulevard.
Its range favors natural-process coffees, including Costa Rica Tarrazu Tirra, Tanzania, Burundi Long Miles, Uganda Rwenzori, Rwanda Mwito and a Brazil Yellow Catuai, alongside Colombia Antioquia Cumbres, a Papua New Guinea from the Nebilyer Valley, a Mountain Water decaf, the SPARK! espresso and the house blends The Light and The Darkness.
Illumine serves its coffee at its Nora and Fall Creek Place cafés and offers wholesale.
