Highlander Coffee is a Singapore specialty coffee roaster that hand-roasts and packs its own sourced beans at its own factory in Singapore.
It works as a micro-roastery and wholesaler and also sells coffee equipment. Its house blend, Quattro, combines Brazilian, Ethiopian, Colombian and Sumatran beans and is described as nutty and smooth with a sweet malt finish in milk. Highlander serves its coffee at its own espresso bars, including one on Kampong Bahru Road and another in Admiralty, where the Quattro goes into flat whites and iced lattes, and beans and brewing equipment are sold to take home.
