About Hardy Coffee Co.
Hardy Coffee Co. is an Omaha specialty coffee roaster that started with a bakery in 2010 and began roasting for its own shops in 2015.
Its coffees are built around the Benchmark family: a medium-roast Benchmark blend, Benchmark Dark and Benchmark Decaf, a Swiss Water Process coffee from Colombia, plus a sampler and custom-label bags.
Hardy runs four Omaha cafés, downtown on Jones Street, in Benson, Highlander and Chalco, each serving the coffee with from-scratch pastries. The Chalco café opens earliest, at 5:30 a.m. on weekdays.
