Gjettum Mikrobrenneri is a home-based specialty coffee roaster in Gjettum, Bærum, run by the couple Ole and Caroline.
They handle the whole process from green beans to roasted coffee in small batches. A recent offering was a washed Kenya AB Gikirima from Embu, grown at 1,700 m and scored 87, with notes of citrus and apricot. There is no web shop: orders go by SMS, and bags are delivered by hand to letterboxes in the local area.
