Form & Function Coffee is a Boise specialty coffee roaster that small-batch hand-roasts its coffee fresh every week.
It sources beans from small farms and family-run businesses and sells coffee and subscriptions online. The company also makes its own signature chocolate, chai, cashew milk and syrups for its drinks.
Form & Function serves its coffee at its flagship on West Broad Street, at a café in The Sparrow hotel lobby, which has a patio fireplace and a bar menu, and from a coffee truck.
