EZAR Specialty Coffee is a Sofia specialty coffee roaster with a grab-and-go coffee shop and bakery on Aksakov Street in the city centre.
The roastery works in batches under 5 kg for tighter control of time and temperature and states that it runs on solar energy. It sources specialty coffee from farms in Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and Costa Rica, prints the roast date on every bag and ships orders within one to two days of roasting across Bulgaria.
The coffee shop serves espresso and filter coffee, decaf and plant-based milks with breakfast and lunch, on weekdays only.
