Estate Coffee Company is a San Antonio specialty coffee roaster with its espresso bar on East Houston Street downtown, near the Pearl District.
It focuses on sourcing and small-batch roasting, with current coffees including Santa Isabel from El Salvador in washed and natural processes, Monte Vista from Honduras in washed and honey processes, La Chilana from Chiapas, a Sitio Penha peaberry from Brazil, an organic water-process decaf from Peru and a roaster's choice option.
