About Escobar Specialty Coffee Roasters
Escobar is a specialty coffee roaster in Vrhnika run by Katja and Omar Escobar, one of the early small-batch roasters in Slovenia.
It keeps no roasted stock and roasts and packs every order individually, offering single origins, blends, decafs and flavoured coffees in bags from 100 g to 1 kg, ground to order. Escobar hosts cuppings and barista trainings and has supplied several Ljubljana cafés, among them Kavarna Natura and the café at the Museum of Modern Art. Its roastery sells to visitors on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00.
