About Element Coffee Roasters
Element Coffee Roasters is a family-owned specialty coffee roaster in Stara Zagora, founded in 2018, with a café at its roastery on Dimitar Naumov Street.
The roastery sells freshly roasted arabica online and on site, with a current range that includes Brazil Minas Gerais, Brazil Sitio do Almir Favero, Colombia Manos Juntas, a Colombia peach infusion, Kenya Kamwangi AA from Kirinyaga, Ethiopia Guji Danse Mormora and an El Salvador Geisha from Finca Noruega. Earlier lots include Burundi Yandaro from Kayanza.
The café serves espresso, filter and cold brew with decaf and plant-based milks. In September 2026 the team took part in the Good Coffee Festival in Sofia.
