About Danvi Coffee
Danvi Coffee Roastery is a Wageningen specialty coffee roaster founded in 2020 by Frans Wiersma.
Danvi roasts every day in small batches, keeping no more than four days of stock per coffee, at its own roastery at Nudepark in Wageningen. The range covers espresso and filter coffees, single origins and blends, from Brazil, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Nicaragua and Honduras, including direct-trade coffee from a Nicaraguan farm focused on ecological restoration.
The beans are sold at the Danvi café on Hoogstraat, where the team also runs espresso workshops, and through the webshop.
