Dagaz Roastery is a Budapest specialty coffee roaster that roasts small batches and keeps no core range of coffees.
When one coffee runs out, it looks for another lot to roast in its place, so the offer keeps changing. European Coffee Trip lists espresso, filter and omni roasts, a decaf and single origins, sold online and to cafés through a wholesale programme, with white-label work for businesses. Kepen Cafe on Kőfaragó utca in the Palace Quarter serves Dagaz coffee alongside Dak Coffee Roasters from Amsterdam.
