D Stands for Decaf is a Vienna specialty coffee roaster founded by Miriam Boubachta that roasts only caffeine-free coffees.
It describes itself as Austria's first caffeine-free specialty roaster. Boubachta roasts on an S7 Stronghold roaster and works with decaf lots from different origins, including a washed sugarcane-process decaf from El Vergel that the subscription service Coffeevine chose for its February 2025 decaf box. In Vienna its coffee is poured at Das Schöneberg on Steingasse, which lists it among the roasters on its bar.
