About Create Coffee Roasters
Create Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster in Athens, Greece, founded by 2014 World Brewers Cup champion Stefanos Domatiotis.
The roastery works on a roast-to-order basis. Its coffees come from Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Kenya and Panama, including lots from Panama's Cafelino, and recent releases include Berry Crush from Colombia and K-Cherry Bomb from Ethiopia. It sells beans, capsules, drip bags, cold brew and equipment.
The roaster is linked to the Create coffee centre on Kousianofski Street, which has espresso bars, brew bars, a sample roasting corner and training rooms. In Bulgaria its coffee is served at Lezét in Kazanlak.
