Compound Coffee Co. is a Singapore specialty coffee roaster founded in 2014 that runs a co-roasting space at Kaki Bukit.
It describes coffee as both art and science and keeps researching new approaches. Its Kaki Bukit space is open around the clock, letting people rent roasting equipment by the session, and it runs workshops, corporate team-building and brand development for people starting their own coffee lines. It roasts seasonal coffees in-store and works with transparent importers; its range has included an Indonesian excelsa and carbonic-maceration lots.
