Common Man Coffee Roasters is a Singapore specialty coffee roaster that has championed specialty coffee since opening its Martin Road flagship in 2013.
It was set up with Harry Grover and the Australian roaster Five Senses Coffee, and its coffee is roasted by a dedicated team in Singapore, with filter roasting at Martin Road. Sourcing is relationship-based, with producing partners working on sustainable growing and community development, and the range includes a seasonal Regional Single Origin program and an UnCommon micro-lot collection. Common Man supplies wholesale clients, trains baristas and the public at its CMCR Academy, and runs cafés on Martin Road, Stanley Street, Joo Chiat Road, Sentosa, Alexandra Road and at ION Orchard.
