CoffeeStorming is an Albenga specialty coffee micro-roastery founded in 2022 on the site of the founders' grandfather's roastery, whose roots go back to 1936.
It roasts one batch at a time on a Giesen in full view of the café, tracking time and bean temperature to keep chocolate notes while bringing fruit into the cup. Current coffees include Sidamo Finca Habesha from Ethiopia, La Primavera from Colombia and Tres Milagros from Costa Rica, plus a Genoa Specialty House Blend. The café on Via Vittorio Veneto, already on Vereda, serves specialty coffee, cold brew, pastries and brunch. It sells brewing gear online and has a price list for bars and cafés.
