COFFEE VALLEY is a specialty coffee roaster in Tokyo's Toshima City, roasting at COFFEE VALLEY Lab in Minami-Ikebukuro. It aims for simple, fresh coffee and roasts high-grade beans in house.
The lineup runs from light to dark roasts, so drinkers can choose by preference, and the beans are served at the nearby three-floor COFFEE VALLEY café.
The company also supplies wholesale customers and offers training.
The café at 2-26-3 Minami-Ikebukuro, near Ikebukuro Station, serves cappuccinos with a choice of light or dark roast, and the Lab roastery is open 10am to 6pm.
