COFFEE potohoto is a Naha specialty coffee roaster founded in 2006 by Tetsuji Yamada.
Yamada introduced in-shop roasting to Okinawa's coffee scene and runs a dedicated roasting facility near his Sakaemachi Market shop, supplying beans to other cafés on the island. The range covers single origins, original blends for deep, medium and espresso roasts, drip packs and cold brew concentrate, with recent lots including Taiwanese Alishan Geisha and Cup of Excellence coffees.
Beans are sold in the market shop and through the online store.
