F.lli Bonacchi is a family specialty coffee roaster in Quarrata, near Pistoia in Tuscany, that sells its coffee under the Bonacchi Caffè name.
The business is run by brothers: Samuele is the master roaster in charge of production, and Sandro handles sales. The company says it has more than 30 years of activity, and its slogan is "Caffè di Terroir". It roasts in small, fresh microlots and offers coffee ground to order. Current lots include Rio Colorado, Elda and Alfolì from Honduras, Cerro from El Salvador, Guji Hambela and Gedeb from Ethiopia, Victoria from Mexico and a Brazil, plus the Decalibre decaf. The range also covers pods and capsules. European Coffee Trip lists its own café, Casa del caffè, in Quarrata.
