CAROMA Kaffeerösterei is a specialty coffee roaster in Fiè allo Sciliar (Völs am Schlern) in South Tyrol, in the village's craft zone.
It selects its beans and roasts them in a slow, artisanal long-roast process. The shop at the roastery serves coffee and sells a wide range of roasts, and the show roastery offers guided tours by reservation. The tourist office of the Seiser Alm area lists it among local shops, with parking in front and bus 170 stopping at St. Anton. European Coffee Trip includes it in its Italy guide, and the roastery shop is already on Vereda.
