Capuchin Coffee Roasters Păcurari is a specialty coffee roaster in Iași that also makes small-batch chocolate from roasted cacao.
Co-founded by Emanuel Vârgă, Capuchin roasts single-origin Arabica and blends, with coffees from Ethiopia, El Salvador, Peru, Kenya and Brazil; its signature blend combines Brazil and Ethiopia to suit both milk drinks and black coffee. The same team roasts and grinds cacao for chocolate over several days and blends its own teas. Capuchin runs coffee courses, supplies businesses and ships across Romania.
