Cambiare Specialty Coffee is a Sofia specialty coffee roaster and café brand founded in 2019, based on Aleksandar Pushkin Boulevard in Pavlovo.
The company roasts its own coffee and sells it in 250 g bags through its online shop, including the house blends Nº9 and Nº3, a Colombia and an El Salvador Apaneca-Ilamatepec single origin, plus a flavoured hazelnut coffee. Its website presents roasting as a core part of the brand alongside a design-led identity, and the range is completed by branded espresso and cappuccino cups and tote bags.
