About Caffè Terzi Bologna
Caffè Terzi is a Bologna specialty coffee bar and roaster on Via Oberdan, opened in 2002 by Manuel Terzi, who selects and roasts the coffee himself.
It focuses only on coffee, offering single-origin arabica and organic coffees as espresso, cappuccino and V60, along with house blends such as Miscela Terzi N1. In 2020 the family took back the running of the bar after nine years of outside management, renovating the two rooms and fitting new grinders and a custom espresso machine. Scatti di Gusto counted four Terzi shops, one of them in San Sebastián. Recent Bologna coffee guides updated in 2026 still list it.
