Cafébrennerei Franze is a Vienna specialty coffee roaster and tea dealer by the Kutschkermarkt in Währing, opened in 2016.
It carries on a family tradition that Falstaff traces to a grandfather who was a roaster and pastry chef. Nicholas Franze roasts more than twenty coffees, sold ground or as whole beans, with organic and fair trade options and origin information for each. The shop also stocks about 300 teas and coffee accessories, runs a café with seating inside and out, and sells online.
