It calls itself a pioneer of specialty coffee in Vienna. It uses 100% Arabica beans from Central America, Africa and the Pacific, roasted personally each week on a drum roaster. Its Vienna coffee bars, including Wipplingerstrasse and Hoher Markt in the first district and Servitengasse, rotate single origins through the grinder on La Marzocco machines. Caffè a Casa sells beans online, offers a Roaster's Pick subscription that changes monthly, runs cupping workshops and supplies business customers. Its CaC Blend #15 anniversary blend is one of its most popular coffees.
