BUNA Coffee Roasters is a small Graz specialty coffee roaster that roasts its coffee freshly and gently in the city.
Its single origins are 100% Arabica and fairly paid, drawn from what it calls the most exciting growing regions, with recent coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Rwanda and Guatemala. Several are women-produced lots, including Ajicito from Colombia, an organic Codech from Guatemala and a decaf from the Asomujer association. BUNA runs workshops for home baristas and professionals, advises on espresso machines and grinders, and sells from its shop on Joanneumring, with orders taken by email while its web shop is offline.
