About Boot Koffie
Boot Koffie is a specialty coffee roaster in Baarn, in business since 1973, with its roastery on Hermesweg and a shop and café on Laanstraat.
Its motto is "Geluk door Smaak" (happiness through taste). Boot favours direct trade with individual plantations and traceable coffee from farm to cup, and its single origins, scored 84 points or more on the SCA scale, come from Ethiopia, Panama, Colombia, Indonesia, Brazil and elsewhere. They are offered for both espresso and filter.
