Blue Bag Coffee is a Sofia specialty coffee roaster based in Druzhba that roasts in small batches and sells online with delivery across Europe.
The team describes itself as baristas and bakers and focuses on traceable lots, roasted for espresso and filter. Recent coffees include Colombia Lychee, Colombia Panela, a Red and Yellow Caturra from Vergel Estate in Colombia, and Kenya Kayser AA. The shop also sells tea, cacao, tasting boxes and professional espresso machines and grinders.
Blue Bag supplies cafés including Sapiens in Ruse and FINCA in Sofia. Its roaster Francisco Daniel Lopez placed second at the first Bulgarian specialty coffee roasting championship in September 2026.
