The company, Blaue Bohne Fox GmbH, roasts seasonal coffees, including a limited Single Origin Edition of microlots and varieties picked as seasonal highlights, alongside its house blends. Its café rotates coffees through the grinder daily and opens from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., closing on the first Tuesday of each month. Blaue Bohne also sells a coffee-outside kit with an AeroPress, a Porlex hand grinder and a Timemore scale for brewing on the go.
