Blaffke Kaffeebar und Rösterei is a Berlin specialty coffee roaster in Pankow that has roasted its own coffee since opening in April 2023.
It roasts in small batches at a shared roastery in Wedding, treating each coffee individually, and buys through several importers and sometimes directly from selected farms, with coffees from farms with real names. The roasts are served at the team's neighborhood café on Florastrasse, where an espresso machine anchors the bar, and sold online with free shipping from 50 euros.
