About BeanBrothers
BeanBrothers is an Eindhoven specialty coffee roaster that runs the Stadsbranderij, a roastery and espresso bar in an old warehouse on Bergstraat.
The coffee is roasted on site, and customers can get details of each coffee they choose, including the farmer's name, growing altitude, bean variety and roast profile. The range covers several flavour profiles, and beans are sold at the bar.
The weekend bar pulls espresso on a Kees van der Westen Mirage and serves pastries. BeanBrothers also runs mobile espresso bars and gives training and workshops, and its beans are served at other cafés in the city.
