About Baobab Coffee Roasters
Baobab Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster in Delft, working as an independent micro-roastery inside the TU Delft Hortus Botanicus.
It roasts fresh beans weekly, from light to medium, aiming to bring out the flavour notes of traceable single-origin Arabica. The current list covers Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Kenya, Guatemala and Ethiopia, plus a Colombian decaf, sold as espresso, filter and omni roasts.
Baobab sells online with European shipping, offers roastery visits and supplies cafés through a wholesale programme.
