Baobá Specialty Coffee is a Lisbon specialty coffee roaster working with beans from its own farm, Fazenda Baobá, in São Paulo state, Brazil.
The coffee is roasted in Lisbon, with the roaster visible and in use behind the counter of the Marvila café on Rua Zófimo Pedroso; a second café, Baobá Café Bica, is on Rua de São Paulo. The range covers 100% Arabica blends such as the Baobá Blend and Roaster Blend, seasonal microlots and a decaf, in 250 g and 1 kg bags.
The webshop also sells brewing equipment, merchandise, gift vouchers and Prana Chai, and a B2B programme supplies cafés with coffee from the farm, with a catalogue and price list on request.
