BALOTT COFFEE ROASTERY is a Trier specialty coffee roaster that roasts in its own roastery on Johannisstrasse and runs a café on Kornmarkt.
It sources beans from top growing regions through fair, sustainable supply chains, operates climate-neutrally and uses eco-friendly packaging. The roastery opens Thursday to Saturday mornings, while the café opens daily. Balott sells tasting sets, runs tastings and courses, has a B2B program and has announced a further location. Orders placed online can be picked up at the café.
