About ASLAN COFFEE FACTORY
ASLAN Coffee Factory is a Kitakyushu specialty coffee roaster run by Hiroshi and Yuka Yagyu since 2019.
Hiroshi studied urban sociology and then apprenticed for four years at a Hiroshima roastery before opening, and roasts on a 5 kg Fuji Royal semi-hot-air machine. The lineup runs from a house blend and standard single origins from Colombia and other countries to premium lots, including Panama Geisha, sold in small portions.
Beans are sold at the Kokuraminami shop and through an online store.
