Asante Boutique Coffee Roasters is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster in Costa da Caparica, working only with single origins scored 84+.
Asante roasts on a 7 kg electric drum roaster and measures roast colour and TDS for each batch, describing roasting as equal parts craft and science. Coffees rest 7 to 10 days after roasting, carry a printed roast date and are dispatched within two days of roasting.
The range covers espresso, filter and omni roasts plus drip bags, whole bean or ground for V60, Chemex, AeroPress, French press and filter machines. The webshop also sells brewing equipment from brands such as La Marzocco, Eureka, Chemex and Hario, with free mainland shipping over €65. A wholesale programme supplies cafés, restaurants, offices and events, and the roastery runs its own café on Avenida Dom Sebastião.
