Aroma Coffee is a Sofia specialty coffee roaster founded in 1998 by Georgi Gagov and Svetlana Aleksandrova.
Gagov holds a professional coffee roasting certification and several SCA credentials. The company buys directly from identified farms and cooperatives, focuses on coffees scoring above 80 points, and presents traceability from variety to cupping score.
It sells through three of its own coffee shops in the city. Its premium Diamond Selection has featured a Tanzanian Geisha and experimental fermentations. The shops are on Dimitar Petkov Boulevard, on Vardar Boulevard in Krasna Polyana, and on Kishinev Street by Cherni Vrah Boulevard.
