About Apartment Coffee
Apartment Coffee is a Singapore specialty coffee roaster and café founded in 2018 by Yeo Qing He, the 2018 Singapore Brewers Cup champion.
It began on Lavender Street, moved its coffee studio to Selegie Road in 2022 and opened Apartment Roastery in Serangoon in June 2025. The team selects beans in person on trips to Colombia, Costa Rica, Rwanda and Kenya, roasts them with a seasonal filter focus and offers a monthly subscription. Apartment Coffee ranked sixth worldwide in an annual global ranking of coffee shops in both 2025 and 2026, and first in Asia both years.
