About All Seasons Coffee
ALL SEASONS COFFEE is a specialty coffee roaster in Shinjuku-Nichome in Tokyo's Shinjuku City. It is run by Jun and Emi Saito and was formerly known as 4/4 Seasons Coffee. It roasts daily in its café, with the computer-monitored roasting visible from the counter.
The lineup centres on light-roasted single origins from about seven countries, including Ethiopia, Guatemala and Rwanda. Beans and drip bags are sold in the shop.
The brand added a second café in Nishi-Ikebukuro in April 2026. Its cafés pair the coffee with seasonal drinks, pastries and a classic pudding.
