AGÁTA Kaffee is a Mannheim specialty coffee roaster that cares about the people behind its green coffee, under the line Made in Mannheim.
Its coffees include Finca Rio Colorado, El Socorro, El Trebol and Bensa Bombe, and it sells a cascara tea made from Colombian coffee cherries as its first tea. AGÁTA offers a subscription, coffee courses, tasting packs and brewing equipment, and serves its roasts and food at its café on Julius-Hatry-Strasse. AGÁTA notes that only about 5 percent of the world's coffee harvest reaches specialty quality, and it has raised prices on several coffees citing high green coffee prices and El Niño.
