Adee's Coffee is a Baltimore specialty coffee roaster founded by an Ethiopian family, trading as Adee's Coffee Roasters for delivery and online orders.
Its house roast is the Hossy blend, served as espresso at the company's coffee bar on Fleet Street in Fells Point, which opened in September 2023.
The Fleet Street bar pairs the coffee with a kitchen during the day and an evening cocktail program that includes drinks made with espresso liqueur. Whole beans are available through Adee's ordering channels and at the bar.
