About ABOUT US COFFEE FUSHIMI INARI
About Us Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and espresso bar by the gate of Fushimi Inari Taisha in Kyoto. Owner Yasunari Sawanoi, a licensed Q Arabica Grader, won the 2022 Coffee Collection roasting competition in Tokyo.
Espresso is pulled on a Sanremo Café Racer, and each single origin is served with a card explaining its origin. The roasts range from fruity light single origins from Latin America and Africa to darker blends, and beans and drip bags are sold in the shop and online.
