27 COFFEE ROASTERS is a specialty coffee roaster in Fujisawa, based in Tsujido on the Shonan coast. It roasts at Corner 27, next to its main store, and focuses on micro-lot specialty coffees.
The roaster runs shops in Tsujido, Kamakura, Sakanoshita and Chigasaki, and holds cuppings and events, including a Cup of Excellence Geisha tasting and a new-crop cupping in Tokyo in October 2026.
Beans are sold in its shops and online. Its Tsujido main store has ten parking spaces across the street.
