About 220GRAD Rupertinum
220GRAD is a Salzburg specialty coffee roaster and family business that has roasted in the city since 2008.
It began with a café on Chiemseegasse, which closed at the end of 2022, and now runs cafés in Nonntal and at the Rupertinum, the latter opened in March 2022, alongside a roastery shop. Since 2021 it has bought Bourbon Arabica from the Lake Kivu region of Rwanda, and in 2025 it added Liberica as a third species next to Arabica and Robusta. Its blends, called selections, combine varieties and origins, and its range covers espresso, moka pot, AeroPress and cold brew use as well as decaf. Shipping within Austria is free from 30 euros.
