20grams Coffee Roastery is a Singapore specialty coffee roaster on Arumugam Road that roasts in a Nordic style.
It is led by Alvin Mok, its owner, head roaster and green coffee buyer, who has focused on origin, variety, terroir and processing since 2012. The roastery buys rare, sustainably grown coffees and roasts them to show their origin, with test roasts from Panama, Ethiopia and Colombia. It is based in the LTC Building on Arumugam Road, and Honeycombers included it in its 2024 list of Singapore's specialty coffee roasters.
