19grams is a specialty coffee roaster in Berlin that sources, roasts and sells its own coffees and runs a roastery café at Alexanderplatz.
The roaster talks about fair, transparent partnerships with producers. Its webshop sells filter, espresso and decaf roasts as whole bean or ground, plus equipment, merchandise and several subscription clubs. It also runs a wholesale programme for cafés, restaurants, offices and hotels, and offers coffee courses.
In Berlin, 19grams has four cafés: Alex Café & Rösterei, Boxi, Chaussee and Schlesi. In Lisbon, it appears as a guest roaster at Parioca Café.
