112 Coffee Roastery, a specialty coffee roaster in Târgu Mureș that has roasted since 2012 and opened this café in 2018.
The roastery drum-roasts single-origin specialty coffees from Colombia, Honduras, Ethiopia, Panama, Peru, Kenya, Brazil, Rwanda and Guatemala, working directly with farmers where it can. 112 also supplies offices, sells equipment and Nespresso-compatible capsules, and runs the Transylvanian Barista Academy, with barista and cupping courses. The coffeehouse serves as a community space for events, and beans ship across Romania via lockers.
